Montrose Hist Dist- Welcoming 2 BR apartment

Lovely 2 bedrooms apartment in a 4-plex property located in the heart of Montrose with easy access to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Queen beds in the bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room can host additional 2 persons. Fully furnished, windows a/c and heating, washer and dryer. Rental is furnished with all utilities paid, tv (Netflix or Dish depends on the apartment), wireless high speed internet, electric, gas and water. In addition to being furnished, it also has all housewares, i.e., linens, cookware, dishes, etc. Just bring your toothbrush. Maid service is available at an additional cost. Animals on a case by case basis.
The apartment is suitable for 6 persons for short staying (weekend); ideal for 2-3 guests for a long stay.
The property is professionally managed by the owner.

Check in can be performed from the building front door while the apartment front door is left unlocked. The code will work also for the apartments back door. The code will be provided the day of the guest arrival. To access to the back doors please walk to the back gate on Stanford st and will find the back doors on the left.

Instructions for locking and unlocking the doors:

- To lock the door, pull the door and press the lock symbol.
Note: make sure the door is firmly pulled otherwise the door will not lock.
- To unlock the door, insert the 4 digit door code provided to you. For the front door push the lock symbol once the code is dialed in.

Door keys are left on the coffee table and we recommend to take them.

The apartment was in a great location. Close to the interstate. The beds and couch was extremely uncomfortable. And you can here each and every time someone would walk and they weren’t in the apartment.

Comfortable two-bedroom apartment

This apartment is in great location and is very reasonably priced. It is walking distance to several restaurants and to the MetroRail station. The owner Max was very prompt in his response when we had a problem with the shower. He also followed up to be sure the problem was solved.

6 week stay

Overall it met all of our needs. Upon arrival were had a few concerns. The owner very promptly and pleasantly addressed and corrected our concerns. Later in our stay, we needed the coffee pot replaced and he responded in 20 mins and a new one was delivered within a couple of hours. The outside railing is usable but has several loose railings (rungs) and needs to be repaired. The apartment is very spacious and quiet. The air conditioning kept it very cool in spite of several extremely hot days (110 heat index). Max is a very responsible, cordial manager/owner who is very client focused. After our stay of 6 weeks, we left happy and would book again, if the need arises.

Fantastic location

The apartment was clean and fit all of our needs for our 4 night stay. It was surprisingly close to Downtown as we were visiting for an event at the convention center. We enjoyed several of the restaurants near the apartment, including Niko Nikos, Pizaro's Pizza, and Lua Viet. We hope to visit the area again!

Great place to stay!

The owner was great to work with and he checked in to see if we needed anything. Great location, very quiet, clean and had everything we needed during our stay. I will stay here again next time I am in Houston.

Comfortable and Convenient

Great location in Montrose with access to everything Houston has to offer without all of the messy traffic and noise of the big city. Easy walks to grocery stores, restaurants, parks and museums. Super easy access to interstate highways and even better travel on back roads to The Heights. Some construction on the roads in the neighborhood, but this block is done. Quiet, charming neighborhood. Hard to believe that there are 4 million people around you while you enjoy the lovely oak lined streets on you walks.

Simple, clean, comfortable apartment in Montrose

A nice two bedroom apartment - the perfect size for the two of us for our 8 night stay. Comfortable couch, but beds were not quite perfect...the one was really firm/hard. The other was okay, but i liked the couch better! Kitchen and dining room were fine and the location was just what we were looking for. Lots of windows and light. There is sewer/sidewalk construction in neighborhood, so it was a little muddy and noisy during the day. Parking on Stanford is actually more convenient than out front on West Main. We only used the ceiling fans, even though the temperatures outside were in the 80s. Probably would have turned on the AC if we had stayed one more day. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great Location and Price!

A great location at a great rate. A clean and comfortable apartment in a safe location. Walking distance to one of my favorite coffee houses. Street parking was super easy, always had the spot in front of the building. My only complaint is that the bathroom was small for 2 ladies to get ready in, but that's a small complaint. Max was very responsive and attentive to our concerns. I would highly recommend this rental.
