Peaceful and private, Peninsula Holiday Rentals welcomes you to this boutique four bedroom holiday home, tucked away in a exclusive sector of Portsea and less than 10 minute walk to the majestic Portsea Shelley beach.
Ideal for vacating in all seasons, whether it is snuggling by the wood fire with a glass of Pinot or entertaining friends and family at the outdoor dining area with seating for 10, this holiday home allows you to relax and unwind with ease.
The 12 seater spa deck is sure to impress and invites you to rejuvenate in its private surroundings with BBQ facilities, outdoor shower and blue tooth speakers.
The stunning ¾ acre allotment is perfect for all ages to enjoy offering a beautifully landscaped tennis court, inground trampoline and basketball ring!
The kitchen incorporates a breakfast bar including three bench stools and is fully equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee pod machine, electric oven and cook top, kettle, toaster, microwave and full size fridge/freezer.
Lounge room entertainment offers large 65 inch flat screen TV with Netflix availability, indoor dining for 8-10 guests and a small library of Books and Board Games available for guest use.
The spacious design is ideal for large groups offering a 2nd separate living area including Smart TV with Netflix availability and Blu-Ray/DVD player.
Bathroom facilities include:
Master bedroom with ensuite, main bathroom with shower over bath, Vanity and toilet plus a 3rd separate shower room.
Laundry facilities including:
Combination washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, airer and clothes line.

As long as there is not a breach of our Terms and Conditions, any damage to the property, any noise complaints, a breach of the Council Laws, any excess rubbish and/or any extra cleaning required after your stay, this payment will be returned to you. Your upfront bond must be paid no later than the week prior to your arrival.
Check In Time – We do our very best to have all bookings checked in at 2pm.
During busy periods and in the event that another booking has departed on your check-in day, your check in time may be 4pm.
Check Out Time- Check out time is 10am. Late check-out is available pending availability.
