Poinciana is the closest holiday house accommodation to town centre of Exmouth! it boasts a massive outside under cover verandah area with separate laundry facilities, and a great built in barbecue with plenty of seating for all the family and more.

This private holiday house accommodation rental is located closer to the shops than any other holiday house accommodation in Exmouth. Plenty of room for two families with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Two queen beds and 4 king single beds. All new furnishings throughout, new linen and well decorated.

Lots of garden space , even more since Cyclone Olwyn! Duel driveway allows plenty of space for two cars to be parked.

Plenty of boat parking and the back garden is fully fenced. NO Pets allowed under any circumstances.

This property is self contained. 4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.

No pets are allowed on this property.

Great house to use as our base whilst we explored the area. Air conditioner in the bedroom and fantastic outdoor area with plenty of room for kids and bbq

Excellent home for family stay

Everything was perfect and clean, nice sized bedrooms all with aircon and good size outdoor/bbq area. Our only slight complaint was that the wheelie bins smelt so bad of rotten fish. Everything else was excellent!

Great location but missing a few things.

Was fantastic, but no outside tv or music to enjoy the outside area. Basic kitchen for the size of property. Also the shower in main bathroom could do with a new shower head and upgrade.

Location!

Plenty of room inside and out. Overall a great house to come back to at days end, a very short walk to main area of town. Clean and tidy. Bed in second main bedroom could be more comfortable, it creaks with every turnover. Stove top was hard to manage and no hairdryer are the only negatives to mention. There was only one wine glass but more were very promptly delivered when we called about that. Would highly recommend for convenience.

Convenient location.

The house was very conveniently located across the road from the shops. The house was not well stocked for a group of 8 people. There was just enough plates and cutlery for one meal (eg 7 large dinner plates, a couple of bowls and smaller plates). There were minimal serving dishes or cooking utensils. Most things in the kitchen including frypans were not cleaned well. There were instructions to clean the bbq but no bbq cleaning equipment. There was a large outdoor table and chairs but this all had to be cleaned before we could use it. The main bathroom was old and tiles and shower curtain not clean. Overall we were disappointed with the cleanliness and provisions in this home.

This is as close as you can get to town centre, it is only meters from the shops. Right on the doorstop. Plenty of room for two families and multiple cars. Good solid family holiday house and an all time favourite with returning guests.
