Apologies for the AC issue Susan. It was brand new last year and I had them give it a full checkup so all is working well now. New fridge on order so will get that in a couple weeks. Hope it was comfy besides the temp.

The townhouse is in an apartment complex near the highway, which is convenient. Very clean and quiet. There was a 3rd bedroom with a bunkbed that we didn't expect. It was quiet and clean.

We came to Iowa for our son’s wedding. This townhouse was centrally located and served our purposes very well. There were extra mattresses and sleeping options which was nice. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Lovely condo in a great neighborhood

We booked this property for family who came to IC for a celebration in December. The house was clean and well furnished with plenty of linens and basic pantry supplies. We were in the middle of the blizzard and the warmth and coziness of the house was much appreciated. Mark's communication was prompt and he accommodated our requests where possible. Would certainly choose to use this property again.
