We stayed here as a group of 3 for the K3DE. The property is wonderful. It is very well equiped. You can tell the Owners put a lot of love into it. It was very clean & well stocked. Loved the towels! The beds were comfortable. The porch was a wonderful place to unwind after the park. I will definitely look at booking this property again next time we go!

One of the best rental experiences we have ever had! Andrea is phenomenal, so accommodating, responsive, and friendly. The house is incredibly charming, spacious, and exactly as pictured. Location is absolutely perfect for heading to Keeneland with a beautiful drive and zero traffic. We travel to Lex for Keeneland multiple times a year and can’t wait to stay here again!

Wedding Weekend Retreat

We have a large family and Andrea’s home was absolutely perfect for our stay in preparation for our daughter’s wedding at a nearby farm. This home offered everything we needed with ample space for our preparations. It was clean, well stocked, updated, and beautifully decorated. There were even fall touches to greet us upon arrival. I would absolutely recommend this home for the perfect little get away!

Very nice place

The location eas very nice. We had a wedding at the Saxony Polo Barn to attend, the location of this house was very convenient for the wedding. It was convenient to visit both Midway and Lexington and many attractions near by. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We had 5 guests (3 adults, 2 children) and we were comfortable. Co
