Luxury at Palm Beach is the perfect family and extended family get away with all the bells and whistles in a perfect Palm Beach location.
Comprising of four generous bedrooms and two generous bathrooms one with a designer bath. Upstairs the private master retreat and charming sea views down to the idyllic shining shore and out over the gulf.
The main level is spacious and open-plan, with a separate guest powder room. The elegantly modern kitchen boasts a stone benchtop, copper tiles and large island perfect for entertaining.

The dining and living area is capacious, with huge sliders that frame the knock out views of the golden sandy beach and water below. The elegant plantation shutters provide shade during the hotter months with a romantic gas fire for cosy winter nights.

Outdoor entertaining includes both sun and shade with retractable awnings on the north-east facing deck.

Paradise

We were three couples that stayed at this property when we were over for a party. The location can’t be beat. You’re walking distance to a stunning beach, coffee & diary. The house is spectacular with beautiful views, a lovely deck to bbq on or just lounge. The house is well appointed and decorated beautifully. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a large family get-together

We had 14 of us getting together for Christmas Day, so had half the group in this house and the other half in their own property in Palm Beach. We used this house for the celebration meal - we were able to make a long table by bringing the outdoor one inside and placing them end to end, which was perfect. The property was clean and well-appointed, and just a short stroll from the great swimming beach. The only tiny niggle was that the dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets were nearly finished when we arrived, so we ended up having to borrow provisions from the relatives in the other house as stores were closed over Christmas. Overall though, a brilliant stay and we highly recommend the property.

Beautiful house with a great outlook

Beautiful, comfortable house and very tastefully decorated. Loved the open plan living area and the fabulous views. Great kitchen, well provisioned. We had four couples staying and the house was well set up for a group of that size. The only thing that would have made it even better would have been another bathroom. The website refers to four bathrooms but there is only one ensuite for the main bedroom upstairs and the other three bedrooms all share one bathroom downstairs. Not a biggie for a weekend but worth being aware of. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. It is also worth being aware that the house is up a very steep narrow street which is very tight to navigate and no turning area at the top. There is only room for one car to park up there unless the garage is left open (which it was for us thankfully). There are also a lot of stairs up to the house and another staircase inside. Definitely not suitable for anyone with a disability.

A fantastic and perfect holiday home and location

Beautiful house with the most amazing views - well looked after and clean, with many things included. The proximity to the beach a major benefit. The owners and agent were very responsive to a couple of questions, and had left a lot of extras in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. A special stay all around.
