This was our second vaca here and will continue to come back! Beautiful scenery, quiet and peaceful place. The dogs had so much fun running around in all the space. Love it here!
We loved the property and all the ponds, we will definitely recommend this rental. The owner gave us a tour and showed us places around the property, we wish we would have had more time to explore and stayed longer than the weekend
Very beautiful property. The owners are very friendly. Great host....Ron is a pretty good driver on his ATV,....took me on a tour of the property. We caught some fish....ran into a huge family of hogs, saw Alot of deer and some wild turkeys....Great getaway....even though we had some storms at night....Worth the drive from Texas

Really enjoyed your stay. Sorry for all the rain. Hope to see you back soon. Ron
We drove out to the XX ranch for a weekend getaway from OKC. It was about 2 hours from the metro. Our stay was peaceful and wonderful. We hiked and read, walked our dogs around the property and hung in hammocks. A great time overall, and we'll definitely be back!

What a relaxing stay!
The ranch is so serene and beautiful, with the many lakes, gorgeous views, and wildlife. Fishing was so fun! And the wildlife was entertaining. We had a deer and a coyote near our cabin every morning and a bird nest on the porch. One evening we saw a family of wild hogs.
A very nice place to get away.

Ron was receptive to all needs requested. Property was a bit rustic for us, but comfortable. If you plan to stay make sure you bring coffee 😊, that you enjoy free range cows (they were so friendly!), lots of ranch critters, and rustic outdoors.

Thank you y'all, and it was a pleasure having you. Ron
Quite and relaxing! Host Ron was very kind to show me around the property! Unfortunately I didn’t catch any fish but had a good one hit the line but I wasn’t quick enough to catch it! Lol I think the fall months would be great there with all the trees around!
Solitude! If you don't mind the cattle, lol. Peaceful scenery. The family rented the cabin for a few days for my son and his wife after the wedding because the homes were crowded with guests from out of state. He's a Marine, so it gave them a chance to relax before they left for his station in Virginia. The cabin was lovely and rustic. Not all the amenities they were expecting (no hand held blender or whisk, no glass measuring for liquids, no digital controls on washer, lol), but it gave me an opportunity to teach her how to improvise and use older methods which she enjoyed. It was a great place to enjoy quiet time and board games as a family like we use to.

Thank you Traci for the visit, and please thank your son for his service. You have a lot to be proud of. Ron
Ron and Willie were the best host you could ever ask for when staying away from home. We arrived and got a tour of the property. The kids were in awe to see a “real cow”. We even got to fish despite the weather being cold and a little rainy. The morning we left the temps had dropped to the mid 30s. Our cars battery had died. Ron sent Willie and Andrew over to help us. They got it going and we were on our way. Thank you guys for all your help!! And thank you Ron for making our family feel welcomed! The kids can’t wait to come back.
Pure magic! We decided to make our annual trip to the Clarita Amish School Auction into a short escape, and need a place nearby... Well, just WOW! Ron is an incredible host, and us so very warm, welcoming and helpful. The cabin is a comfortable, casual little hideaway tucked into the pecan trees with lovely open meadows here and there through rolling hillsides. We found the outdoor cooking options mind-blowing grills, fryers, open fire grill/firepit, wood, charcoal, etc... any mode of outdoor cooking you want - Ron has ready for you! We enjoyed the full moonlight with no sound but the breeze, and cicadas at night. Early morning overlooking the meadows through the mist was soul-cleansing. Sunset watching a small group of doe browsing with their fawns right at the edge of the nearest treeline will beat "NetFlix & Chill" every time. Then there are the ponds... I couldnwrote a book here, but suffice it to say we are already working on our calendar to figure out how SOON we can make our next trip out there. 5 stars?... We'd give this little slice of heaven ALL the stars.

This place was amazing. Ron was super easy to communicate with. The property is very peaceful and relaxing. We were stocked with everything we needed. Cleanliness was superb and the fishing was off the charts. We will definitely be back. This is a gorgeous ranch
My husband, dog and I had THE BEST 4 days at this awesome cabin and area...
The cabin was clean, homey and relaxing...,we loved sitting in the great rocking chairs on the porch... our dog kept us busy fetching the ball - she had plenty of space to run freely and safely.
Ron was awesome- he gave us a tour of the property and was very friendly ...
we enjoyed visiting with him!
It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy being outdoors... we plan on going back!
Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing vacation!🙂🙂🙂
Retired in 2003 and sold ranch in Texas and purchased the Dos Equis here in Stonewall, Ok. Finished the original Lake Cabin in 2008 and the Redwood Cabin in 2018. Built several lakes and stocked them all in the interim.
