About this property

New 4-Bedroom Villa with Seaview and Large Private Pool

Stunning, spacious (220m2), recently renovated, fully detached villa located in the residential area of “Quinta da Bela Vista” in Lagos, Algarve. The Bela Vista residential area is known for its luxury villas, quiet surroundings, exclusive location and nicely tended gardens. Due to its high, cliff-side location the villa provides superb 180° of unrestricted views of the ocean and the picturesque village of Luz. The beach is located a mere 500 meters from the villa and can be reached in less than 7min by foot. The villa features a magnificent, recently constructed large (heated) pool (10mx5m) with pool house and fully equipped outdoor kitchen (BBQ). The outdoor area has more than 200m2 of terrace and comes fully equipped with sunbeds, dining table, chairs, heaters etc... The villa also provides a very large car parking for up to 5 cars.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 separate spacious bedrooms, each with a unique feel. All bedrooms are equipped with very high-quality beds, 3 of which with king beds (1.8mx2m) and 1 with 2 single beds (1mx2m). Except for the latter, all bedrooms have direct access to their own terrace/balacony. There are also 2 large (private) bathrooms and 3 toilets. The upper floor of the villa has a very large living room (35m2), dining room (25m2) and fully equipped open kitchen (15m2). The living room comes with a large flat screen TV with Portuguese cable and internet - Wi-Fi. The villa has a caretaker (which will be on premise to greet guests upon arrival), a weekly pool cleaning service, and a weekly gardening service to keep the terraces and gardens clean.
Pool heating available upon request in the high-season (May through mid-October).

Excellent villa in beautiful area of Portugal

This is the second time ive been to this beautiful villa. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. So much so that we spent a number of days not leaving the villa to relax around the pool. With a large fridge freezer by the pool there was always a cold drink or ice cream at hand. The area of Luz is loverly with a 10 -15 minute walk to the local shops and beach. There are a number of lovely resurants on the beach and Alloro resturant is loverly food. We really look forward to returning again.

Family fun at this great villa

Great Villa with excellent outdoor space. This was our 4th accommodation on a Portugal road trip. The outdoor space was perfect for us, large pool and outdoor kitchen. Plenty of space inside with lovely sea views from the balcony area. We had no issues walking to and from the beach / restaurants, occasionally on an evening we would use a Uber on return which was around 5 euros. Would recommend and we would be happy to stay here in the future.

Luz Villa

The property and views in Luz, Portugal were amazing. Outdoor space including view, outdoor pool, BBQ and dining table, upstairs veranda were all above our expectations. Some miscommunication was hopefully satisfactorily rectified. Closeness to beaches at Luz was within walking distance- up and downhill. Drive to Lagos was straight forward and worth it for Bengali Caves excursions and Praia dona Ana .If you intend to cook make sure you have necessities like paper products ( toilet paper and paper towel) and all food items including oil, salt and pepper, spices etc.

Belle propriété ds un quartier calme

Bien située surtout si vous avez une voiture, petit village calme, des restos sympa. Maison bien équipée, belle piscine et cuisine extérieure. Vous aurez toutes les commodités sauf un micro onde, prévoyez pastille pour lave vaisselle, sac à ordures, savon à vaisselle, lors de notre séjour de 6 nuits nous avons dû demander des serviettes de rechange. Nous recommandons cet endroit propre et calme.

Nice family stay

We really enjoyed how spacious this property was and the amenities. The pool and outside was perfect for relaxing and grilling. The second floor had a terrace with ocean view for a wonderful cup of coffee. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The beach is not really walking distance as it is downhill about 15 minutes but a short 5 minute drive.

David was a great host, responsive in comms and helpful with any queries both before and during the stay. The villa itself is in a quiet residential area which suited our party, had a great pool area and lovely sea views. It was an easy walk down the hill to a wide selection of bars and restaurants and the supermarkets were also within easy reach. Overall a lovely relaxing break.

Villa was excellent, loved the pool, very good facilities. As we arrived at 11.30pm it was a shame that there wasn't a welcome pack containing water etc as we had nothing and no shops close by. The walk to the town/beach was about 15/20 mins walk, with quite a steep incline back up. Very clean and well maintained, gardener came round every other day, pool cleaned once a week, bedding and towels changed mid week. Would definately stay there again!

Beautiful property in an amazing location.

We loved this house. The view was great, location was great, loved having a pool to relax next to when it got too windy on the beach. David was a great host and responded to all of our needs. I will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Portugal.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Alva, the villa had everything we needed and the pool area exceeded expectations.
