Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a light-filled open floor plan that seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas.
The living area includes a fireplace and comfortable seating and opens to the modern kitchen with dishwasher and all amenities and
a large island and 4 high-top bar stools.

The living room has comfortable furnishings and a fireplace.

The dining area is a long bench with additions chairs.
There is also another family room on this level off of the great room with 42" HD Plasma TV

There is a bedroom on this level with a queen bed with a private bath.

A half bath is on this level also.

The second floor has three more bedrooms,
The primary has a queen bed and a full bath.
The third bedroom has a queen and 4th has 2 twins

The two 2nd level decks offer sweeping views of the Vineyard Sound and Falmouth Heights Beach.

The basement now has a 100" TV as well as a STEAM ROOM for your enjoyment. The large washer and dryer are in the basement level.

This home offers wireless internet and central A/C.

The outdoor space provide ample room for relaxation and entertaining. Nice front porch along with a beautiful patio with table and chairs and a patio umbrella and grill.
Outside is also a nice grassy yard for games, an enclosed outside shower and ample parking.
