We had a family reunion and 75 Locust Street was the central hub of the four night stay. The house is beautiful, clean and we had family from all over stay there. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Easy access to downtown and the hosts were communicative and informative.

The Sea Captain's Home was the perfect place for our small staff to gather for a few days of retreat. The home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It's not easy finding a reasonably priced property with six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and we were blessed to find this home in Falmouth. The location was ideal and was only a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants, as well as to the beach.

Great house to spend family time and close enough to town for dinners. Would definitely plan another visit. Owners were extremely accommodating and made sure to connect during our stay just in case we needing anything.

The communication with Caroline Jessica, and Sean was great. They got back to us within a very short time. The home was exceptional stocked with anything you would need to cook and bake with. The grounds were well-maintained. We did have a problem with the refrigerator. It didn't keep the food cold, but the freezer worked. Sean brought us 2 ice chests and later a small refrigerator. A repair person came out to work on the refrigerator but it didn't help. A new tioletseat was I installed upstairs in a bathroom. It was not attached when we got there. The house was great for our family. The living, kitchen, dining rooms and bedrooms were quite large. The only draw back was with the very small bathrooms. The home is close to the town and other areas of Interest. The weather was beautiful. Great time was had by all of us Thank you for sharing your home and the kitchen aid mixture was appreciated.

Great stay

Beautiful, well-maintained historical home. Very clean and conveniently located near downtown Falmouth. Area is a little busy. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is fantastic. The shower stalls are very small though. Extremely comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend.

Still fabulous

This was our second stay at the Sea Captain’s house and definitely not the last. Each of the 6 bedrooms has their own bathroom - perfect! The common areas are fabulous for playing games, watching TV and cooking our meals. And there’s an outdoor gas grill. We totally recommend staying here - just leave an opening for our family.

Cape Cod vacation

Had a wonderful time. The house was great. Everything we needed was there, clean and spacious. It was perfect for 7 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby. It was close to town so we were able to walk to the shops and restaurants. Visited Martha’s Vineyard via ferry and went to Provincetown to catch the whale watching cruise. We saw 13 whales and the kids were so excited. Ok. Adults too. Visited some lighthouses, beaches and the aquarium. Good quality family time. Still don’t like seafood but the Mexican restaurant was great. Highly recommend the property. The management team was phenomenal.

I would highly recommend this home for a family gathering or meeting up with a group of friends. The home was spotless! There was plenty of seating for everyone, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The home was conveniently located for exploring Falmouth or taking the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket.
