Everything is within walking distance: beach, bike path, shops and restaurants, public library. Peter Pan bus is about 1.5 mi from the house, you can take it to Boston South Station and Logan Airport.

Great for hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, rollerblading, and inline skating. Safe for kids. Ferry to Martha's Vineyard (https://www.vineyardferries.com) is close by; you can walk there to escape parking fees if using the Island Queen ferry. Pier and jetty fishing.
