Clean and spacious

We stayed at this beautiful house for my husband's birthday, we have so much fun! The house had all we need, the kitchen and dining room were our favorite place, also we enjoyed the fireplace, I highly recommended this beautiful place.

Girls’ trip

This is a great property and launch point for all of Cape Cod as well as Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Great Place to Stay

The home clean and comfortable and had more than enough kitchen utensils and equipment. We had everything we needed. I do recommend getting rid of the awkward looking sofa to the left of the leather sofa and replacing it with a more comfortable loveseat that seats at least 2 people. As all of my group is over 65, I'd also recommend adding some portable foot stools for elderly comfort.

The Falmouth Local

Just spent a week in Falmouth with my wife, 3 adult children and son-in-law. All the amenities (linens, kitchen equipment, outdoor furniture, etc) were top notch! The property is large and easily accommodated an extended family gathering including a nice spot for a family photo. When we booked I was a little concerned about the distance to the beach compared to the others in our extended group. However, by purchasing a beach parking permit, our location turned out to be the best of all. We used the nearby bike trail every day to visit Woods Hole and see the beautiful views along the way. We walked to downtown Falmouth several times to shop and enjoy the restaurants and ice cream of course! Our host, Anika, was easy to work with and highly responsive. My family is unanimous in wanting to stay at this property again!
