Highly desirable Great Harbors Falmouth Private Neighborhood. Super clean completely renovated 3 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath, Sleeps 8. Great location close to restaurants, shops, golf courses and beaches. Menauhant, Falmouth Heights beaches only 5 minute drive. Check out my reviews they speak for themselves. Updated furniture, mattresses, bedding, new Kitchen and baths, walk in tile shower, washer/dryer, central AC, new appliances, fire pit, outdoor shower in backyard, patio set and propane grille on back deck. Swimming pool at clubhouse with pickleball, tennis courts, playground, park, shuffleboard, bay side marina, kayaking, fishing, park, ping pong, etc, all within walking distance. Master Bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has double bed and 3rd bedroom has twin bunk bed, also have queen pull out couch in living room. If interested in Pool/Clubhouse access this is an additional fee, dates for pool are June 28th - September 6th. **Sorry NO PETS**. Summer 25 still open dates, Aug 10-16 & 19-22 still available, Won’t last!

The perfect home away from home.

We had a great time. The house had everything for a family including beach chairs and toys for my 19 and 15 y/o who’s never tired of digging in the sand. We came from Camano Islands, WA , but our beaches can’t compare to the beaches of Cape Cod.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. As a runner, I had wonderful access to scenic beaches and quaint shady streets. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed and in a stylish manner. Besides all that Falmouth has to offer, the Hyannis whale watching cruise out of Barnstable was a wonderful experience!

My family & I had an amazing week at Walter’s place. The home was clean, well appointed, spacious & equipped with all essential necessities. It felt very homey. We had an incredible time at this property! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The location was perfect—close enough to local attractions but far enough to offer peace and tranquility. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. This is definitely a place we would recommend and return to for future vacations!

Falmouth Summer Getaway

Walter’s property was exactly as advertised and very well appointed! The house is well stocked with all necessities so that you don’t have to worry about bringing bags of household essentials with you, which is perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable, as were all the couches and chairs! The den area was a great place for our teens to hang out in in the evenings. We also loved that this location was central to so many beaches, shopping areas, the ferries, and great restaurants. The neighborhood amenities were all super well maintained and everyone was so friendly! We took advantage of the access to the pool, teens courts, basketball court, and the beachy boat launch area nearly daily. Would absolutely stay here again!! Thanks for hosting our stay in Falmouth!!

The homeowner Walter has knocked it out of the park with his rental property! From the moment we arrived we were beyond pleased - starting with how how gorgeous the exterior was to entering and continuing to be wowed by all the wonderful attention to detail. The house is comfortable yet stylish and has everything you would think to need but without being cluttery. My husband , my two kids and I had a fantastic weeks getaway here and enjoyed playing in the back yard, making s’mores in the fire pit, the toy chest in the kids room was a winner!, the community pool , the xfinity set up and of course the comforts and luxuries of the rest of the house itself. Walter was very helpful and left nothing to be desired as it was a perfect stay! We would love to come back some day! - The Stall Family

This house ended up being perfect to bring my mother back to the Falmouth Area The visit friends and family. Close proximity to downtown Falmouth and to the beaches. We enjoyed lunches out and suppers at home cooking on the grill. The house is spacious, comfortable, everything‘s in great shape. And they provided beautiful weather on top of that! And only minutes from Smitty’s ice cream. This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood plenty of space beautiful backyard beautiful deck on the front and rear. Thank you for a wonderful 10 days. We look forward to a return.

Nice house. Good set up for one or two families. location relative to beaches, town. Great harbor pool and tennis is perfect for families with young kids. Freedom boat club down the street if your into power boating. Lots of bikeable roads in and out.

Perfect for families

This property was probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. It has everything you could possibly need AND is in a great location. The house is very family-friendly and perfect for kids of all ages. Our 2 and 4 year old loved playing in the backyard and with the toys in the house. The additional area off the garage is a great feature for families to use when kids go to bed (or wake up!) early so they can play without waking everyone else up. Walter was a great, responsive host. We hope to come back again!

Perfect place for a cape vacation

A couple friends and I decided to get out of Boston and work for a week from the cape and this house met our needs just perfectly! Clean, spacious, the extra addition served as a perfect little office. Back deck and fire pit were key! And the GH location is perfect in general so we just had a great escape from the city.

A Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful experience renting Walter’s home. The rental is beautifully decorated and has all of the conveniences needed for a Cape stay, and then some. Our kids were delighted to find age appropriate toys and games to use on a rainy day. This is our 2nd time staying in Great Harbors and we greatly enjoyed the community pool, playground and biking around the neighborhood. We would love to rent this property again in the future!

Great house, beautiful location!

This was a great house for our family to stay in during our visit to Falmouth. The house was clean and Walter provided several convenient amenities such as towels, paper products, soap, etc. Walter was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The yard was perfect for our kids- they enjoyed playing soccer and running around. The house is close to several beaches, restaurants, and the town. We'd love to stay there again!

Great getaway!

Walter's home was awesome. Very cozy and nearby to many beaches and things we like to do. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were tons of games for us to play, too! Very easy to communicate with if you had questions ahead of time. The garage was a safe spot to store our bikes and there was a cute playground about a 5-minute bike ride from his home which we visited every day. Large backyard for games and a great fire pit, too! Would def stay again. Miss it already!

Why they chose this property

House is in highly desirable Great Harbors neighborhood, E. Falmouth. Clubhouse/Pool/Tennis & Pickleball courts are 5 minute walk from house. The ocean bay at clubhouse and access to water for kayaking, paddle board, boating etc. House has fire pit, front and rear decks and large flat yard with beautiful green grass. House is equipped with all your comforts from home, central AC, washer, dryer, brand new appliances, super comfy mattresses, nice towels and linens, Keurig, blender etc.

What makes this property unique

Please note that Pool doesn't open until around June 28th and closes after Labor Day. If your stay is prior or after these dates pool will not be available. If interested in pool/pickleball/tennis courts access rates for 2024 are $350 for the week which includes passes for 4 guests, $50 additional per person. Payment for this can be made directly to Great Harbors upon arrival at toll house. We do have a ring camera for security purposes in front of the house mounted above garage.
