Family Gathering

The house was ideal for our family stay. The unfinished basement was a big plus as it allowed for telework in quiet and rainy day activities. The location was convenient to all our events.

Lovely house in scenic location

This property was ideal for our group of five adults exploring Cape Cod. The house was spacious, clean , with a lovely back yard. The location was great, an ideal base for exploring Cape Cod.

We stayed with our teen twins and our friends and their kids and we had plenty of space for all 8 of us! The location was perfect for what we needed and the huge backyard was an added bonus!!

Lovely home, very clean

Perfect size home for our needs. We stayed in Falmouth to celebrate my Nephew's wedding and the house was very clean, very homey and well equipped with everything we needed. The binder left for us had all the nearest stores, restaurants, etc and was a nice touch. Would absolutely stay here again. I really loved the Cape Cod Memories pictures in the kitchen area - sooo sweet.

Nice place to stay with responsive owner

House is great in a great place. Beds were unmade when we arrived due to communication mixup between owner and cleaning woman, but I contacted the owner who had his lovely cleaning woman come within the hour. All good. Owner was very responsive, and cleaning woman was great. No harm, no foul. I would rent here again. The place had everything we needed.

Girls Trip

Enjoyed the house and location. A few small items needed addressing. Lights were out, couldn't turn fan on. I think they need more information for guests. No towels were out, dishwasher needed to be unemptied which we didn't figure out for a day. Comfortable stay.

Great Place! Great Stay!

A wonderful house in a great little section of Falmouth. We felt close to everything- able to quickly get around to town, the beach, and shops. The house is bigger than the photos show. There was ample room for 8 adults and a toddler to spend a weekend. The house was clean and stocked with the little things that were needed. The house had ample parking. My connections with Wally were all very easy and professional. He was very helpful in clarifying the things we needed to do in checking out properly. We will look here again when we visit the area.

Clean and central w great backyard

I stayed at this property on a mom trip weekend. Spacious bedrooms. Clean and good quality furnishings. We loved how uncluttered it was. The backyard is huge and fenced in, and would be fantastic for the kids which we were taking a break from:) Close to Route 28 to get easily into Falmouth. Appreciated that there were some basic supplies in kitchen including good coffee. Quick and easy communication with owner. Good price for the time of year we were here in May.

Perfect location

Our family consists of a 10yr old, a very busy 4yr old, and a 10m old that is on the go, myself, my husband and his father. This house for us well with room to spare. Both the front yard and the back yard are spacious. It was clean, Wally communicated quickly with us if we had questions. The house is beautiful and the location is too notch. Very close to everything in Falmouth. It’s equipped well with any thing you may need. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a space for your family to stay.
