This home offers a flagstone patio for entertaining. Weber grill and a fire pit. This home is close to the Martha Vineyard ferry. It is close to the Shining Sea Bike path. Enjoy the Cape this summer at this great home that is so close to all that Falmouth has to offer. Pets are NOT permitted. This home has washer and dryer and free wifi.

Thanksgiving trip

Great location for our family to visit with our friends/family. Home was clean and great for kids. Close to activities and nearby downtown. Thanks!

Great marathon location

We stayed at this property for the 2023 Cape Cod Marathon weekend. The house was immaculate and Bob was very responsive and accommodating. The location is terrific, within walking distance to downtown and the marathon start/finish line. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

House was the cleanest house I have ever stayed at. Was perfect for my family of four and my mother in law. Great location you can walk to beaches, downtown and the harbor. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip

Wonderful House, Amazing Location!

My family and I (3 kids ages 3-8) stayed in this lovely home for 3 weeks in August. It was the perfect spot for us. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, updated kitchen and great backyard. We especially loved the location which was in walking distance to town and Surf Drive Beach. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Great location in Falmouth Village

We enjoyed the location of the house and its layout. Very clean and great AC throughout the house. The outdoor shower is wonderful. The host is very responsive to any questions you may have. Great experience all around. Thanks for sharing your house, Bob.

I like this property because it is located in Falmouth Village. The Village is located south of Route 28 (Main St.) This home is located within a walking distance to Main Street Falmouth which hosts many shops and Restaurants. The House is also located near the Surf Drive Beach which is a short walk to the beach.
