Spacious modern open plan living ideal for couples and their guests. Just metres walk to the waters edge of Surf Beach (main beach) directly opposite.

Minutes walk to Kiama Harbour, Kiama Lighthouse and The Blowhole. We are along the Kiama coastal walk by the sea.

Stroll to cafes & restaurants just around the corner or take a dip in the refreshing beach or rock-pools x 2.

The space:

Located at the front of the complex facing the beach.

Our 1 bedroom apartment is larger than most therefore able to accommodate up to 4 guests.

Bedding:
1 x Queen bed ensemble
2 x Sofa-bed pullouts

The bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen bed ensemble, double built ins, block out blind and your own remote wall mounted smart TV and ducted air conditioning for both heating and cooling.

For additional bedding we have 2 new pull out sofa-beds upon request. Ideally placed in the living area where either kids or adults can watch the large smart TV with free wifi - bring your own log-in for Netflix

The spacious light filled living / dining area includes a dining table seating for 4, a very comfortable linen lounge, cushions and throw. Full kitchen amenities and direct natural light. Large sliding glass panel doors leads you out to the private covered balcony overlooking the beach and the sea.

Relax outdoors appreciating the calming sound of the sea. This is where you will enjoy the fresh sea breeze and watch the spectacular sunsets at the end of the day. Celebrate your getaway in luxury and style.

Be sure to look out for Whales when migrating- you may just get lucky...

There is even an outdoor shower when returning from the beach - wash salt and sand off your feet.

Oceanview Kiama is so comfortable - you won't want to leave.

Fabulous place

A fabulous apartment, beachy decor is perfect and very attractive. Comfortable bed, spacious living area and a big balcony. It's in an excellent location, with coastal walks so close and beach views. The beach is a two minute walk away, and a short walk to many cafes and specialty shops. It was great to not have to use the car to see the sights, such as the Blowhole and the Lighthouse. Definitely a must visit, and we will be back.

Beautifully appointed property with views of the beach and water. Walking distance to everything you may need! The apartment is large, room enough to entertain and very quiet. The crowds are only a block away but you'd never know. Will be a returning customer, thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Our holiday was good. We didn't know there would be a carnival outside our door. It was a bit inconvenient trying to get in and out and a bit noisy. We enjoyed the beach and walks around the area.

Wonderful relaxing property in a great spot

It was such a pleasure to stay in a comfortable, stylish apartment so close to the beach. The balcony and lounge were very relaxing, the property owner was lovely and checked to see we were ok after a storm. Walking tracks, cafes and the beach are so close, it made the whole holiday easy. We brought our own porta cot and it fitted well in the bedroom. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

What makes this property unique

An absolute perfect central location opposite Surf beach and 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops and cafes. The town centre is just around the corner where you will find local cafes and restaurants that have lovely local produce and amazing coffee. The shops are coastal and have unique clothing amongst home decor etc. Ensure you visit the historic terrace shops...They are lovely

No need for any keys to lose at our apartment- we give you a pin code for your duration of stay so you can walk around town with no need for keys. Combine this with your iphone wallet and you can just take your phone and walk out the door to dinner...

Our apartment is quite large, in fact it is larger than the 2 bedroom apartments within. You will love the comfortable linens and fresh clean furnishings. The queen bed ensemble in the bedroom is amazing to sleep on and not to forget the smart TV wall mounted with remote next to your bed. There is also a foldaway bed and a pullout sofa-bed which can be used in either the bedroom or living space.
