This is a lovely 3 bedroom plus extra sleeping space, 4-bathroom lake home that’s pet friendly, has a private dock and is filled with amenities! Plus, it’s private enough to reconnect with nature but close enough to grab a quick bite to eat or explore all that Smith Mountain Lake has to offer.

Spend quality time with family and friends down by the dock which features two ladders for easy in-and-out when you want to swim (or float peacefully in the cove away from all of the boat traffic). Better yet, take the family out in kayaks or canoes and paddle from the private dock out to the nearby natural area and enjoy a picnic on the lake. Or, take your boat or jet ski to launch at Mitchell's Marina and dock your watercraft at the house.

You also may want to visit the nearby Smith Mountain Dam and learn about the history of Smith Mountain Lake. Then, head back to the house to unwind on the screened-in porch with a glass of wine, enjoy the backyard patio and fire pit, cozy up in front of the fireplace, or flip on the big-screen TV for movie night. Add an air hockey table, a selection of board games, and DVDs, along with a fully equipped kitchen and leaving may be more difficult than you imagine. This home away from home is perfect for relaxing after a fun day out on the lake!

Great lake wkend

Had a great stay! House was clean and the set-up of the rooms, etc., was so conducive to a relaxing weekend! Cove was cozy and easy to get out into the rest of the lake! Thanks for a great weekend!

Fabulous Long Weekend

Everything went as planned and property exceeded my expectations! The property management company was very responsive when I realized I lost the code for entering :-) Early morning coffee on the screend-in porch, kids jumping andf fishing off dock, and plenty of kitchen items to cook all the yummy vacation food. This was the recharge our family needed. We will definitely go back!

Perfect Fall visit

Beautiful location, lake and property! I think our dog was sad to come home- as we saw lots of deer and squirrels every day! We really enjoyed kayaking on the lake- warm enough in middle Oct that 4/5 of us went swimming in the lake once we got out in the kayaks!
