Prime location w/tranquil setting, nestled in wooded lot, is a nature lovers paradise, especially for bird watchers. Local wildlife sightings include: deer, rabbits, ducks, otters, herons, loons, ospreys & if lucky, bald eagles. Up to 3 dogs welcome – especially goldens ;) Saunders Point is a serene, family friendly residential neighborhood that is great for going on walks w/your pups.

Short walk to both natural sand beach & swimming dock. Beach is behind dock w/gradual entry into protected, shallow wading area, ideal for kids and/or pups. 1 youth mountain & 2 BMX bikes. Stand-up paddleboard, 2-person sit-in tandem kayak & 5 sit-in single person kayaks (10') ready-to-go w/paddles & life vests!

Spacious dock offers loungers for sunning and adirondacks in covered area for shade. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
