This one story house is nestled in a historic small town in a quiet neighborhood with big city convenience.
Well maintained: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 private covered car garage and fenced in private back yard with barbecue grill. Also available is an extra fold out bed plus an air mattress if needed.
The living room is equipped with 50" Sony flat screen HDTV, WIFI, Cable TV with 300 plus channels, and a 43" Samsung in the master bedroom. The second bedroom also has a 43 inch Samsung TV. The third room has a queen sleeper sofa.
Bar stools in inviting kitchen area is complete with electric stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and basic kitchen supplies.
Sleep in clean and comfortable sheets in Queen beds. Extra clean linens in the cabinets for longer stays. Plenty of fresh towels and basic bathroom, household and laundry supplies provided.
You'll be delighted to find how convenient you are to major attractions. Only 7 minutes to get to the 22 acre Farmers Branch Historical Park, 15 minutes to Addison Airport, 15 minutes to Galleria Shopping Mall, 20 minutes to DFW and Love Field Airports and 25 minutes to Downtown Dallas with favorite tourist spots to visit. Great location for exploring the DFW area

This property was a great place for our week long family vacation to the Dallas Fort-Worth area. Perfect distance from the airport and all of the areas we wanted to explore. The house was the perfect size for our family of 4. Julie & Ron were excellent hosts, leaving us all we needed. We appreciated the extra touch of providing some toys for our young kids, who also loved the back yard.

Great quiet and comfortable place!

We stayed here while our home was being worked on. Since we have a baby, our needs are different than for those without a baby. The house was very well set up, the host provides absolutely everything you may need which was super nice for us, and overall a great place. The neighborhood is quiet so we really appreciated that since our baby naps during the day and goes to bed at dinner time. It was nice to know that no crazy parties, loud cars, or loud music would be blasted randomly. Other than a few ants in the bathrooms and in the rooms, we had no inconveniences. It was also super nice to be able to park in a covered and secured garage. She even provided 2 remotes for the garage!!!

Julie was an awesome host. She had the cutest baby gifts waiting as we were visiting with our small children. She also had a bottle of wine and snacks which is very sweet. Great property, house was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Dallas!

Perfect retreat

We felt at home from the moment we walked in! It was very welcoming and they provided snacks and drinks for the weekend. It was close to restaurants and a great location to get places. We enjoyed just relaxing and having time to play games and just enjoy being away for a weekend! We definitely recommend this home as a great place to stay with no hassles!!!

Weekend Visit with Family

We were two senior couples in the Dallas area to visit an ill relative. The house was perfect for our needs. Location was very convenient. Communicating with Julie was great both before and during our stay. Immediate responses. I can see why she's a premier host! She checked with us beforehand to see if we'd like the sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom made up, and since my husband had just injured his shoulder and knee we said yes. That gave him a full bed to rest in without me accidentally bumping his injuries. There was a chilled bottle of wine and wonderful treats waiting for us upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed, including coffee, teas, snacks, etc. The bathrooms as well provided anything you may have forgotten to pack. Such a thoughtful gesture! The house was extremely clean, so no worries about the virus. We liked being able to pull into the garage as storms were in the area the first night and we were in a brand new car. The covered patio was a nice outdoor space, overlooking purple irises in the backyard. The only change I would make is seating in the living room. There were 2 very comfortable loungers and a recliner. However, since there was 4 of us, Julie brought an armchair in from a bedroom so we all 4 would have seating. A couple of couches or a sectional would be more practical. We plan to return in a few months, and hope Julie's home is available again at that time. I would plan to always stay there if in the Dallas area.

Girls Weekend in Dallas

There were 6 of us staying here for our weekend trip and the house was the perfect size! Julie has lots of amenities for your trip and was always available to answer any of my questions. The house was even cuter then the pictures make it out to be. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to have a weekend getaway in the Dallas area!

Amazing House

My family and I stayed here while visiting family for a birthday and Easter and it was amazing. The home was very clean and well stocked with whatever we needed. Julia was very accommodating and made sure we were doing ok and having a great stay, she was kind enough to buy our daughter a bunny for her birthday.

Lovely Place to Stay

This house is lovely and cozy. They have thought of everything!! The bathroom even has bath toys if your traveling with kids! There are great supplies so you can cook a meal. The neighborhood is quiet and the inside is as described. The owners provide quick responses if you have a question on the property.

Julie was an incredible host! I was surprised when she has a hand written card written out for me when I arrived, pantry stocked and very clean! Julie was so sweet and kind I was very impressed! We come to dallas every year I will definitely be staying here again.

This property was perfect for our girls trip!

Conveniently located! Clean & comfy beds! Julie is an amazing hostess who welcomed us with a bottle of champagne for our celebration! Drinks & more than enough snacks to get us through the weekend! We enjoyed coffee every morning on the patio & even ended our trip with yoga in the backyard!
