The suite was amazing - well-equipped kitchen, beautiful rooms and a great balcony. The property was very nice with helpful staff, a gym and heated pools plus right on the beach. The check in and checkout were both quick and easy. The host was very responsive and informative. We would definitely go back!

Yes the host was very welcoming, the condo was beautiful as expected. The only change I would make would be a new BBQ you cant get the temperature over 325F to grill steaks or chicken you have to use the oven.

Always A pleasureWe have nothing but great memories of Cabo and Villa La Estancia year after year. Staying in this villa has been one if the highlights. Consistently well maintained, updated and so comfortable. The host has been more than gracious and great to work with to make our visit as smooth as possible. It truly is like being at home only the surroundings are more beautiful. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Resort & Accomodating Host

We loved this property. Spacious condo, with plenty of room and items needed for our stay. Close to town, fun beach and pool, and amazing restaurants. The staff is fabulous and we hope to stay again!

Love Villa la Estancia! This condo on the 7th floor has an amazing view of the grounds and the water. If I had to nit pick, I’d say it’s too far from the pools, but that’s very very minor.

Beautiful views. Lovely place

Villa Estancia is a great family resort on a beautiful beach. Would strongly suggest the unit include basic cleaning supplies, cleaner, dish rag, soap etc with each rental.
