2nd Row 4 Bed/Bath Beach House - Pet Friendly-Pool and HotTub

This 78 Dune Lane House is a second-row beach home just 50 yards (about a 1 minute walk) to the beach with private pool!(Pool can be heated)! The outdoor area also includes a 4-person hottub that is free to use. This beautiful, 4 Bedroom 4 Bathroom (each bedroom has their own vanity sink and toilet with a common shower shared by 2 bedrooms on each side of the home) coastal home for your whole family to enjoy as you play and relax in the desirable North Forest Beach area. The private fenced in backyard pool with gas grill and eating area for 6 is a perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach! Pool can be heated. There is a $350 week charge to heat the pool.

This is a Pet Friendly home! We prefer dogs under 50 pounds and current in all shots. There is a $250 pet fee for the first dog and $125 for the second dog and limit to max of 2 dogs. Please be sure to specify if you plan on bringing a pet

The family room has a large flat screen and a dining area that seats 6 just off the kitchen, counter seating at kitchen for an additional 4. All updated stainless steel appliances and stove top and all the cooking utensils, pots/pans, serving dishes are provided to create your perfect meals.

This home also includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The layout has 4 Bedrooms, with each wing consisting of 2 Bedrooms, each with their own toilet and sink vanity that share a common shower.
There are 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 Full , and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has their own TV.

All linens/towels are provided.

There is an upstairs play area that is perfect as a hang out for the kids to play or watch TV. This is connected by a spiral staircase to the main living area.
You will be sure to enjoy all this has to offer and you and your family are only a 2nd row, short walk to lovely North Forest Beach. For a night out you can easily get to Coligny Plaza which is just about 1 mile away.
