This 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico will make you quickly forget all your worries and launch you instantly into vacation mode. Unit has a private balcony with two sets of high back Berlin Garden chair/tables to view the sugar white sands awaiting you below.

Unit features a Master BR suite with King Bed and attached master bath. Bunk Bed inset in the hallway is perfect for adults & kids alike and is located directly across from the 2nd full bathroom. Brand new curtains, sleeper sofa and reading chair in the living room makes this unit perfect for accommodating up to six guests. Unit comes with fully equipped kitchen, linens/towels, iron, washer & dryer and starter kit of items including, dish soap , laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc.

Complimentary wireless high speed internet, flat panel TV's with cable for entertaining you while you recharge for another day at the beach or before heading across the street to Pier Park for dinner, shopping and various entertainment options.

Resort offers an 24/7 Security, extensive onsite fitness center, two large pools (both of which are heated) adjacent to the beach and full service Tiki Bar (March - October) to quench your thirst!

Beach Service includes (2) chairs, pads and an umbrella from March 1 - October 31.

Nice condo that we really enjoyed

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning condo located on the 18th floor, with the breathtaking views. It was clear that the John takes great care in maintaining the condo, which added to the overall positive experience. He was always in touch with us and was very responsive and genuinely concerned about our comfort and satisfaction. This was our second stay in this resort and we can highly recommend this resort along with this beautiful condo. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Family vacation

This place was perfect! Very clean and excellent communication with John throughout our trip! He kept us updated on when the condo would be ready for our arrival and checked on us through the week. The beach chairs were nice to have with our stay, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Condo is within walking distance to lots of activities. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for us. There was ample utensils and detergents. It was clean and luckily enough for me, nothing too breakable for 3 wild boys. The property owner was great to work with and went above and beyond to fix a booking mistake that I made. Highly recommend!

Honeymoon destination.

We loved the condo at 1803e in Calypso resort. With covid restrictions we did not want to leave the country for our honeymoon so opted for a Florida vacation. It was clean, had everything we needed and the view from the balcony of the ocean was spectacular! John the owner was very accommodating and answered all questions quickly. There is so much to do in the area as far as entertainment, water activities, restaurants, etc. We are going back next year for sure!

Being lifelong residents of the Midwest (Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky, now Columbus Indiana) we grew up enjoying the change of seasons; however, have fallen in love with the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast and the family friendly atmosphere in Panama City Beach.

Why they chose this property

An easy drive from just about anywhere in the Midwest and located minutes from the Panama City Beach Airport. This is your newest favorite vacation spot! Calypso Resort and Towers are located directly across the street from Pier Park which is a vacation destination itself with more restaurants, shopping and attractions than you can possibly enjoy in just one trip! Our condo has recently undergone a complete transformation with fresh paint throughout. More upgrades are being added each season!

Directly across from Pier Park with access to restaurants, shopping, movie theater, small amusement park with kids rides. Many national chain restaurants and as well as Target, Walmart and many unique gift shops.
