Only 30 minutes from Disney, Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is a new community, which offers a magnificent gated entrance, with lakefront ementies, clubhouse, boat ramp, fishing dock, water sports, and picnic area. There are numbers of golf course which is only 10 minute drive away. The home has a great floor plan with separate dining area plus a breakfast nook. The 2 master bedroom have en - suite bathrooms and full bed, The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have 2 twins beds. The 3rd and 4th share the 3rd bathroom. Every bedroom and Living room are equipped with flat screen and capable of wifi. Dining room is off the kitchen and comfortably seats for 6. The kitchen is vey equipped with all mod cons including, dishwasher,fridge freezer, large oven with microwave over .There are pot and pans, kitchen utensil, crockery ,coffee maker, toaster, kettle and tea towel and your own apron. Our game room is amazing for not only for the children is for adult too. also we have a 8 feet pool table , air hockey table and double basketball hoop. Outdoor large private pool (child alarm door), screened,The pool features a gas heater, which provides a consistent temperature on even the coolest evening.(pool heated optional, and is an additional $40 a day and if have to be reserved with 72 hrs of your reservation if not is another $35 fee. laundry facilities including washer and dryer.
Security- A security deposit of GB250 is required on booking via home away. in addition a security deposit of $250 required. This will be provided direct to the management company on arrival. The security deposits will be refunded provided the following provisions are met. No damages is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. No linen are lost or damaged. Early arrival or late departure subject to availability if prearranged (for a fee). The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representatives the owner )or the local law enforcement.
