About this property
Cozy apartment close to the center
I am renting an 75 sqm apartment. The apt is located on the 2nd floor, lift available. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, bathroom, livingroom, kitchen and balcony. One of the bedroom has a 1,40 mtr bed and the other 1,80 mtr bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, blender, etc.).
In 10 minutes you are at the subway station St.-Quirin-Platz or Giesing. From there you are in no later than 10 minutes in the city center. It is only a 5-minute walk to Tram 18, which you can use to get to Sendlinger Tor / Stachus. The highway to Salzburg can be reached in 5 minutes. In about 10 – 15 min. walking distance is the training camp of FC Bayern in the Säbener Str. The exhibition center is also nearby.
