Enjoy this spacious home winter or summer. Located on the golf course with sweeping views of the mountains within the private gated community of Lahontan. You are only 5 miles to downtown Truckee, and a 10 minute drive to Northstar ski resort, 15 minutes to Squaw Valley.
With over 3200 square feet, this home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, Hydronic in-floor heating, laundry, large kitchen and separate eating area plus an enormous family room with vaulted ceilings and incredible mountain views.
1st floor:

Lahontan

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Lahontan home. It was exactly what we’d expected and hoped it would be, based on the description. The house and its surroundings are built to encourage family time together in a natural outdoor setting. The owners are thoughtful and responsive. We definitely feel like we made a good choice by coming here.

Amazing property-beautiful memories!

We could not have found a better place to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday! The home and property was beautiful and well taken care of! The owner was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend this home to folks looking for a relaxing getaway any season of the year! Thank you!
