Enjoy this spacious home winter or summer. Located on the golf course with sweeping views of the mountains within the private gated community of Lahontan. You are only 5 miles to downtown Truckee, and a 10 minute drive to Northstar ski resort, 15 minutes to Squaw Valley.
With over 3200 square feet, this home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, Hydronic in-floor heating, laundry, large kitchen and separate eating area plus an enormous family room with vaulted ceilings and incredible mountain views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Lahontan home. It was exactly what we’d expected and hoped it would be, based on the description. The house and its surroundings are built to encourage family time together in a natural outdoor setting. The owners are thoughtful and responsive. We definitely feel like we made a good choice by coming here.

A perfect Tahoe Getaway

HIlary's property was perfect. The location was convenient to our favorite skiing, resteraunts and shopping. The development was beautiful and all staff was so helpful. The sledding was a dream, the fireplace exceeded all cozy expectations and the kitchen was well appointed with everything to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner. Hilary was very so flexible and helpful. We will definitely be going back.
