Modern & Cozy Apartment | Heart of Atlanta

Beautiful upstairs apartment in one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Atlanta. Candler Park is centrally located making it easy to see all Atlanta has to offer. This cozy one bedroom apartment has a full bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and two televisions.

The rented space is a full sized apartment on the back side of the main house. You may see us heading out for work, school or to run errands - but the living spaces are completely separate. You'll have your own private entrance.

While there are benefits of being centrally located, please note that there is noise from traffic on Dekalb Avenue - mostly during the morning and afternoon rush hour. We also live next the railroad and Marta. Trains do go by often, but they tend to become background noise pretty soon.

Will stay again

So I have to come to Atlanta a lot for work. And stay at a lot of places. And I really enjoyed my stay. It was the best bed slept better then I ever have. Also it is walking distance to the Marta and across the street from some great food. Also had everything you need to cook and relax in the evening. The hosts are so nice left my air pods and they are mailing me them. I will stay again. Rebecca

We have lived all over the US (AL, GA, FL, VA, TX, CA) and love to travel. Our favorite trip was the 21 days we spent in Europe traveling from London to Santorini - mostly hostel hopping.

We met in college and began our travels together. After we experienced our first Bed & Breakfast we were hooked with the intimacy and local flavor. We always dreamed of having our own one - and now we do!

Why they chose this property

This is our second time living in Atlanta. While we lived in Downtown Atlanta previously, we have always loved the charm and walkability of Candler Park. We specifically chose this home because we would have the ability to share it with visitors coming to Atlanta.

We love that fact that we are so centrally located. From our home you can walk to Lake Clair, Inman Park and Little Five Points. Most other attractions and surrounding neighborhoods are a quick 10 - 20 minute drive away.

What makes this property unique

Take a book out to the outdoor hammock and soak up the southern charm of this peach-hued hideaway. Perched between buzzing Little Five Points and tree-lined Candler Park, this peaceful pad is complete with a breakfast bar, coffee, and tasty snacks.
