Riverbank - Exclusive waterfront 180º views

Riverbank is located on the banks of the stunning Wilson Inlet between the town of Denmark and Ocean Beach with a unique and rare direct access to the waterfront from the rear gate.
Enjoy breathtaking views across the water from the open plan living, kitchen and dining areas which flow to the entertaining deck. Capture spectacular sunrises and amazing full moons over the Nullaki Peninsula.
A perfect place to unwind and relax with family, friends and the abundant birdlife.
Please enjoy direct access to the Inlet foreshore from our back gate. Perfect for a walk, fishing or a quiet break.

Our house has a spacious floor plan encompassing two living rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house and a seperate studio bedroom. An open plan lounge/TV room with a well appointed kitchen, dining room and second living area opens to a large entertaining deck with a gas BBQ and seating for outdoor entertaining.

Master - King bed with ensuite and large dressing room
Second - King bed and adjacent bathroom
Seperate Studio - King bed (few meters from the house)

The house has NBN, WIFI, a bluetooth speaker and complimentary NETFLIX for you to enjoy.

There is a seperate laundry with washing machine, outside clothes line and internal drying rack.
The home has two R/C air conditioners, ceiling fans and a wood combustion fire to enjoy in the cooler months. Please note there is no fireguard.
Please enjoy the books around the house, binoculars to watch the abundant birdlife and games in the cabinet in the lounge room. A beach umbrella is in the laundry for your use.
There are two bikes with helmets and two kayaks in the big shed for guests to use at their own discretion.
All linen, bath towels, shower and hand wash is provided.

We are bike, sporting and boating friendly with a large shed/workshop adjacent to the house for you to store your car, boat and equipment.

Riverbank is a short drive to the centre of town where you can browse unique boutiques and do your grocery shopping, and 4 kms to Ocean Beach. The area is surrounded by forest and iconic coastal landscapes including the Bibbulmun track, William Bay and Greens Pool. Walk up nearby Monkey Rock to have a breathtaking view across farm land and forest to the sea. Visit and enjoy the many wineries, award winning restaurants, breweries and unique arts and craft businesses.

Family Wedding

Riverbank was the perfect location for interstate family who came to Denmark to attend a family wedding. The house is very comfortable, beautifully presented and has a great kitchen! The easy access to the water had the visitors kayaking and exploring the inlet. It is also the perfect spot to just sit and enjoy the view!

Riverbank holiday

We had a lovely week at Jenny and Vince's property on the inlet in Denmark. Communication was prompt, check in was seamless and the property was as advertised. The property and garden were clean and well kept, the kitchen was well stocked and all the cookware was great quality. The location is quiet and beautiful with a park across the road and town a few minutes drive away. Thank you for a lovely week away in your property.

Homely escape!

Gorgeous home. Stunning views. Very tranquil. Not ideal for multiple families as only has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms inside the main home and the studio does not have a bathroom so you need to enter the main home at night to use bathroom. Suited to couples and maybe a family and a couple. Kitchen has everything you need, coffee machine was big plus! Patio offers a gorgeous and relaxing spot to have a drink from the local wineries and a bbq with meats from the local IGA. Access to the water to fish which we loved. Made good use of the washing machine and dryer. Only feedback for owners, and very minor, would be to have more spare towels, i dont want to be cleaning provided linens when on holidays. Not enough toilet paper for the stay and basic things like tissues. Thats really it. Apart from that, please consider this property when you stay in Denmark! You wont be disappointed.

Relaxing retreat on the inlet

We have returned for the third time for the relaxing vibes, comfortable beds and living spaces and amazing views over the inlet to Nulaki. Brought our own paddle boards and had access to the water from back of the property. We will be back!

Mini Break to Denmark

My husband, myself and my mum enjoyed 5 days at Riverbank. A beautifully kept property, easy access for my mum with her 4WW. A very comfortable home, would love to visit again and utilise the kayaks and bikes. As it was cool we enjoyed a lovely wood fire, lovely treat. Thank you, we will certainly be recommending your holiday home.

What makes this property unique

Our property is one of the very few that has direct access to the Wilson Inlet from our rear gate to the waterfront which allows guests to enjoy fishing, swimming, walking along the shoreline and kayaking on the inlet. Take a blanket down to the water and enjoy a peaceful picnic or quiet contemplation of the beautiful surrounds.
