◇不具合対応 　◎チェックイン後、電球が切れていたが、連絡後15分という短時間で対応してくれた。素晴らしい。 ◇立地 　◎駅・スーパーが近くて便利。 　◎住宅街で道を挟んでお寺のため基本的に静か。 　△窓が1重のため車の通る音と1日に数回救急車か消防車のサイレンが聞こえる。 ◇建物・構造 　◎小型ビルで3階建ての1階部分(1フロア1世帯構造)、中2階の位置。 　△窓から道行く人と目線が合うことはないが、窓際から見下ろせば見られてしまう。 　×構造上、上階居住者の出入り口が隣同士となっているため、玄関ドアの開閉音や階段の上り下りが聞こえる。 　△上階から声含め生活音は基本的に聞こえないが、引戸音と水が流れる音が何度かした。 ◇設備・アメニティ 　◎生活に必要なものは基本的にすべてあり。（×ただし歯ブラシはなかった） 　○自炊もある程度は可能、調理器具は問い合わせに回答いただいた。冷蔵庫も大きめ。 　◎電気ポットもあり便利 　×エアコンが寝室にしかない 　△ダイニングテーブルが少し小さい 　◎リビングダイニングのメインライトが調光可能 　○いろいろ絵が飾られていておしゃれ

寝室の火災報知器がずっと警報音を鳴らしていて止め方もわからず気になってなかなか寝付けなかった 風呂場の壁や浴槽に黒い砂のような粉がこびりついていて最初お風呂にお湯を入れた時にものすごい色だった 設備の用意されているものはものすごくよかったが一つ一つになんの汚れなのかよくわからないものがついていて驚いた 立地自体はすごくよく、東武東上線、都営三田線、埼京線のどれにもアクセスしやすく、商店街も近くにある。 最寄りのスーパーまで5分もかからないのは長期で泊まる場合とてもありがたかった！ 清掃さえしっかりしてもらえていれば大満足な宿泊場所だったと思う！
