Our Neighborhood- Westside Woods is a private road off of Westside Road. It is a quiet neighborhood just outside of busy North Conway. There are many hiking/snowshoeing trails in the area from easy to extreme to enjoy all seasons. When you stay with us here in the Mt. Washington Valley, we kindly ask that you are respectful of our surrounding community. We live among permanent residents, and because this gorgeous community is their home, we rely on many of them to create a beautiful place for our friends to stay in our short-term rental houses. We’re sure you will love their community as much as they do. To avoid disturbing the full-time residents here as they go about their daily lives, we hope you will observe a few kind gestures:

1. No parties.
2. Please be mindful of loud music.
3. Observe quiet hours of 10 pm - 7 am.
4. Please don’t litter our beautiful valley.

A Few House Rules to Know Before Booking:
• No smoking, under age drinking, parties, drugs, camp fires or any form of illegal activity permitted in/on premises. No fireworks permitted in the neighborhood.
• All recycling and trash must be put in plastic bags before disposing in the garage. No loose items please in large trash barrels please. Plastic, aluminum cans and glass must all be separated and put into their own bag for recycling. Failure to do so will result in a fee charged to guest.
• Only people accounted for in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
• Do not leave food or trash outside overnight. Please clean off grill after use. We are in the woods and have been known to have bears in our neighborhood.
• Help keep our hardwood floors beautiful. Please remove shoes or ski boots before entering. Thank you!
• This home uses a septic system. Please flush only natural waste and toilet paper in the toilet. Kindly discard all other products into the trash. Scrape food into kitchen trash before rinsing plates.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all kitchen trash bags and recycling bags from kitchen and dispose of them in the large garage trash cans. All recycling and trash must be put in plastic bags before disposing in the garage.
Put the gas grill back under covered area. Cover and scrape down if used. Make sure gas is turned off.
Counters and tables should be wiped down and left clear of dishes, pots and pans etc.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking, under age drinking, parties, fireworks, fire pits, drugs or illegal activity permitted. Renters must respect the home and neighborhood.
Plastic, aluminum and glass must all be separated put into their own bag for recycling. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fee charged to guest.
