Logement agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable grâce à la chaleur de la véranda qui rajoute une surface habitable à ce petit logement. Sa situation géographique permet de se déplacer facilement à pied en direction de la plage ou intra-muros et en voiture pour se rendre dans des endroits plus éloignés. A proximité de commerces (boulangeries,intermarché, lidl,...) et petits restaurants (Little Italie, Street food café,...). Petit bémol pour la salle de bain exiguë. La literie et l'espace cuisine demandent un petit rafraîchissement mais restent pratique malgré tout. Le propriétaire était fort sympathique et arrangeant. Nous avons pu avoir des réponses rapides à nos éventuelles questions. Nous recommandons le lieu pour un couple et quelques amis (si on aime dormir sur les lits pliants).

Appartement super situé, saint Malo est juste magnifique

Le propriétaire est très serviable et gentil, la loc conforme à la présentation, le fait de se garer dans la cour à été très appréciable. Seul bémol, la vaisselle est un peu juste en quantité !

Séjour impeccable

Logement très agréable (la véranda est un vrai plus). Il est situé dans une cour très calme, on est réveillés seulement par le bruit des mouettes. Au vu de la situation géographique, il est tout à fait possible de se passer de voiture: la plage est à 10 minutes à pieds (peut-être un peu plus avec des enfants petits), il y a beaucoup de commerces à proximité pour faire les courses (pour information, l'Intermarché de Rocabey ne livre pas à domicile à cette adresse, mais celui du centre commercial La Découverte le fait). D'autre part, au vu du réseau de bus mis en place durant la période estivale, on peut se déplacer à moindre frais, sans perdre un heure à chercher une place de parking. Un grand merci à Monsieur Hervé pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Très bon séjour, une location près de tout et très propre. Personnellement j''aurais mis une douche dans la salle et les wc autrement mais se n'est qu'un détail. Je conseille vraiment cette location en plus le propriétaire est très très agréable et il nous a donnė de bonnes adresses a visiter et des bons conseilles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location.

Appréciable et agréable

Avons passé un long weekend à 5 (avec un bébé). Proche de la gare (300m) et d'un arrêt de bus à 50m. Intramuros 25 min à pied. La véranda est agréable mais comme toute véranda avec un toit de verre il y fait vite chaud, mais quand on part en long weekend on visite plus la ville et on part la journée. Pour l'appartement rien a redire, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, sauf qu'il est préférable de s'organiser pour le lavage a l'eau chaude car c'est un petit ballon de 100l. L’accès à internet nous ne l'avons pas utilisé mais la télé fonctionne très bien et nous sommes éloignés de la route ce qui en fait un appartement très agréable et au calme et en plus sécurisant pour les enfant qui peuvent jouer à l'extérieur. Le prix en est justifié.

location très agréable

Ce fut une semaine très agréable. L'extension avec la véranda est un véritable plus. Nous avons pu faire toutes nos activités sans prendre la voiture car la plage, st malo intra-muros sont proches ainsi que les commerces. Le fait d'être au fond d'une cour fermée permet d'être au calme. Pleins de bon souvenirs en famille.

Appartement très sympatique proche gare et bus

Nous avons séjourné dans ce mignon petit appartement pour un long week-end. Beau travail surtout pour la véranda très agréable même quand il pleut. Emplacement idéal, très proche de la gare et des lignes de bus conduisant à Intra-muros. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible et soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. Nous recommandons cette location.
