Brand New 1 bedroom Self-contained Flat with a newly installed air-condition!!!
You have a private entrance to come and go as you please with your own independent key access to your retreat.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen side bed with your own private en-suite and wardrobe. Pure cotton luxurious 1000 thread count bed sheets and towels are included.
The bathroom is beautifully built with marble tile finishes filled with soap, shampoo, conditioner and toiletries.
The well decorated living room has 60" flat screen TV with free Netflix, and a single side bed with luxurious 1000 thread count bed sheets.
The outdoor area under a patio has washing machine, sink, cook top and dinning table which are only for you to use.
The rooms are professionally cleaned with the utmost details.
4 minutes drive to Revesby station, 10 minutes express train to the Airport, 25 minutes express train to the city.
We accept pets staying at our property but please contact me to discuss. We also provide dog basket, cat scratching house, pet bowl, pet water fountain and poop bags free of charge.
Very quiet street with plenty of parking.

Other things to note:
- We accept same day booking with normal check-in time between 3pm-11pm. But if you book after 3pm, please give us at least 2 hours from the normal check-in time.

A Great Stay

This granny flat was lovely and suited us. We had our own private entrance. Owners were excellent and gave us our privacy and they are very quiet. Facilities on the whole pretty good. It needs to be more mugs and some side plates would be useful. Bedding great A place to sit out in the sun was nice too. About 1.5kms easy walk to shops train station and taxis. We would use this property again

The flat was very modern, ultra clean, quiet street, comfortable beds, private, all essential kitchen facilities, all you need for a lovely break away. A treat to have a large tv with Netflix, you tube, Foxtel etc included with wifi. Host Ocean was welcoming & helpful. Convenient stay for western Sydney

Three large rooms with one queen size and one king single bed suitable for a multi-day stay. Enclosed backyard which our dogs loved exploring. Huge TV with Netflix and YouTube subscriptions to fill in rainy afternoons. If you are planning to come or go in the dark, bring a torch as there is no light above the path that leads to the flat and it is rough underfoot.
