Second floor of a three level building, this two bedroom apartment is situated in the beautiful and popular Rainbow Beach Resort and offering everything you need for a relaxing beach side escape. This unit overlooks the tennis court.
Rainbow Beach Resort is set in a leafy estate and is an easy walk to the beach.

Unit is fully self-contained and features:

- ceiling fans throughout
- microwave
- dishwasher
- washing machine/dryer

Enjoy full use of all the resort facilities including:
- lap pool
- lagoon pool
- outdoor spa
- tennis court, please bring your own tennis racquets and balls
- 300m walk to the beach
- BBQ facilities

Sleeps four in one x queen size bed and two x single beds.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

84 Baden, Rainbow Beach

Location to the beach is fabulous. Really loved Rainbow Beach and all it offers. I felt the general cleaning of the property was below standard. Lights weren’t working in bedrooms.

The property smelt musty and damp, allowing airflow did not alleviate the smell. Was concerned about the health of family. Disappointing no toilet paper, dishcloth or detergent for basic cleaning. Dishes from previous tenant didn’t seemed clean. Biscuit packets from previous tenants seen behind beds. Toilet bowl water running the whole stay. Smoking from other units coming into our unit the whole stay too was disappointing.
