The second living area is an excellent room for the kids with Smart TV (Netflix using your login), a long couch for them to spread out and French doors opening to the verandah, allowing fresh air to flow through the room. This area is part of the original home and also has a guest toilet located off the hallway near the entry, a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and French doors opening to a verandah.
In the new section of the home, you’ll find the Master bedroom tucked away with King size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite with a large shower, dual basin and toilet hidden behind a half wall. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are set up the same, each with a Tri-bunk (Queen & King Single). The main bathroom is nicely appointed with a shower, bath, vanity and toilet. The laundry is off the kitchen and has a Bosch washing machine and dryer.

If you enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, scuba diving, fishing or rock pools, you can enjoy these activities in the area.
