Now let’s get down to business . . .
We love to see people from around the world calling this house “home,” even if only for a few nights. Here’s a list of our our house rules:

Check-in time is 3:00PM. Check-out time is 10:00AM. These times are enforced by our cleaner especially during peak season as she has several homes to clean. We ask you please respect these times. Feel free to contact me a few days before if you want to arrive earlier. If I don’t have anyone vacating that day and unit is ready for occupancy, I have no problem allowing you to check in as early as you like. And if you’re running late for 10AM check out, please let us know. Thanks!

Hot Tub Rules:
Please shower before using.
No jumping or diving.
No glass in or near tub.
No children under 6 years old allowed in hot tub.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Please turn off high jets after use,
Please do not use soaps or oils in hot tub.
Please replace hot tub cover after each use.
Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry.
Relax, enjoy and repeat!

Fireplace Safety:
If using a fireplace, always make sure that the damper is open. To open the damper, turn the knob in the center of the fireplace to the right (clockwise).

Keep fireplace screen closed and keep children away. Never burn cardboard boxes, or trash. Never leave a fire unattended. Extinguish fire before leaving the house.
*** Do not attempt to clean out the ashes. We have a service that does that.***

There are fire extinguishers by each fireplace and under the kitchen sink.

Housekeeping:
Please be sure when you vacate after your stay, you leave the home the way you found it. We do not expect you to deep clean. However, leaving the house tidy will be appreciated. Do not leave any food in refrigerator or cabinets. Please tie up your garbage and leave in the kitchen before leaving.

Please leave used beds unmade so we know what needs changing.

Please leave your used towels on the bathroom floor.
