There are two bedrooms, featuring queen size bed in main bedroom and an oversized single/small double bed in second bedroom - both with their own modern bathrooms.

The cottage has an open plan design with timber floors and a well appointed kitchen featuring stone bench tops, dishwasher, modern appliances and aircon. Bi-fold doors open out onto the deck with vergola and a private courtyard surrounded by tropical gardens.

Full laundry with dryer and a single car garage - just park the car and walk everywhere as it is only a hop skip and a jump from local cafes, shops, the river and beach.
