Kick Back on Karaka is a 2 storey, 5 bedroom Matarangi holiday home fit for a family beach retreat. This Matarangi accommodation is freshly redecorated, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, and is just a 3 minute
stroll along the village green to the beach. No roads to cross!!

This Matarangi holiday home offers plenty of room for the whole family. Downstairs is an ideal space for young ones and friends. This spacious and comfortable home provides 5 bedrooms in total and sleeping for up to 10. There are 2 living rooms, 3 toilets, and 3 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower.

Downstairs has 2 bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed and the other has 2 king single beds. On this floor there is a lounge with a TV and 2 single beds, a separate toilet, and a bathroom/laundry. The kids gather here to hang out and leave the adults to relax upstairs, but it is also a brilliant place for an extended family.

Upstairs (via external stairs) the generous open-plan living area opens out on 2 sides to decking. There is a wood burner fireplace, a 50" plasma TV with a DVD & Video player plus ample seating. Enjoy all day sun streaming in with elevated views! The modern kitchen is on this floor and is well equipped. There is a BBQ on the deck and a large outdoor table for easy holiday living.

The 3 remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom with ensuite is fitted with a king bed. Bedroom 2 is also fitted with a king bed and bedroom 3 with 2 singles. There is a separate bathroom on this floor - even in wet weather, there is room for everyone to have their own space!

Also available are 3 kayaks, 4 bikes, 4 boogie boards, and tennis racquets for your use. Parking for your vehicle and a boat is no problem on the large lawn!

Matarangi is a great holiday destination with lots to do. The network of paths throughout the development are fantastic for walking, running and biking. The bikes provided are not new but are there for those who do not wish to bring their own. There are 5 sets of tennis courts and a golf course if that's more your cup of tea.

The harbour provides a place to water ski, to explore in kayaks, to gather pipi at low tide and to fish off the wharf. Then there is the stunning 4.5 km long white sand beach to swim and catch the waves on a boogie board!
