Tucked away from the bustling main roads, Home Base is a safe choice for families with young children and has a cot and high chair available too. You're less than a 10 minute walk to the golden sands of Cooks Beach, just look for the walkway at the end of the street!
Lounge on the beanbags and comfy deck chairs on the sunny deck as you watch the world go by. Home Base has a overflowing bookshelf just begging you to chill out and read in the warm sunny conservatory, or pack into the beach bag!
For those nights where you want to cook up a storm and enjoy a delicious holiday meal together, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a induction cooktop.
Home Base is a short walk to Mercury Bay Estate, Cooks Beach's boutique winery specialising in fine wines made sustainably. You can't go past bringing a bottle home to enjoy on the deck, while the BBQ is fired up for a casual Kiwi dinner.
