This new condo is located just steps away from the Sea and Marina and the biggest fresh fish and vegetable market in the Algarve. Ferry boats leave from the marina to go to Four fine, white sand beaches on the islands of Farol, Culatra, Armona and Paradise island. Ria Formosa is a Bird lovers paradise where you can see Flamingos, Storks and many other bird . Our 2 bedroom condominium offers a comfortable stay for upto 5 persons. Luxury furnishings in the living and dining areas with a large balcony complete with sofas and dining table. The kitchen includes all appliances and full service (dishes, glasses, silverware, mugs) for 6 people. There is a breakfast table for Two in the kitchen that can serve as extra counter space if you wish to cook gourmet meals. The condo has a spacious master bed room with an ensuite bathroom and a small balcony, a second bedroom with a Trundle bed that can be setup as two twin beds and a full bath in the hallway . There is a Solar water heater and a swimming pool and shower on the terrace from where one can see beautiful ocean vistas and sunsets . The building has plenty parking spaces, 2 lifts and a secure private entrance. There are several restaurants, bars and a 2km long promenade by the sea within a few yards from the condo building.
