Windhaven 301 - A rare find...a 4 bedroom condominium! Complete with 3 baths, an upgraded kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. Enjoy sunrises from the ocean front balcony. Bedding consists of 2 kings, 1 queen and 2 singles, comfortably accommodating 8. The 4th bedroom is a loft. Your group will love this property!

Windhaven is located 3.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story complex offers direct oceanfront units. Windhaven has an elevator, making it easier to tote not only your luggage, but also your beach chairs. Enjoy the convenience of being just a few steps to the beach to have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf. Windhaven features an oceanside outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 1), grilling area, and covered parking. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Great family Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in the Windhaven condo. It had plenty of space for us the location was great. We will definitely consider coming back for another vacation!

The receptionists at Dunes Realty were kind. The condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful beach and easy access. The cleanliness upon arrival was not what we had hoped, but other than that we had a great stay.
