Located in a quiet area of the old town, the “Apartamento en calle Padilla” is a two-minute walk from San Marcos Square, a 10-minute walk from Metropol Parasol, and a 17-minute walk from the Santa Cruz district (the cathedral, the Royal Alcázars of Seville, the Archivo General de Indias).

In 2016, this 550-square-foot apartment was completely renovated and redesigned to accommodate tourists.

Wi-Fi, towels, shower gels, shampoos and bed linens are free of charge.

Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability.

Perfect for two people, but can accommodate up to four guests. The third and the fourth guest will have to sleep on a sofa bed (55” x 78”) in the living room, therefore this apartment is not recommended for four adults.

It consists of a bathroom with a spacious shower and a hairdryer; a living room with a sofa bed, an A/C, a table, a flat-screen TV, a CD- and DVD-player; a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, juicer); a storage with an ironing board and an iron; a courtyard with a washing machine; and a bedroom with an A/C, a built-in wardrobe and a full-size bed (54” x 75”).
