Park City Blackstone 17 is conveniently located just across the street from the Canyons Cabriolet and the Canyons Transit Hub in Park City Canyons Village Area. Imagine being within a few steps to a multitude of shops, restaurants and even relaxing spa services! Jump on the convenient (and free) Electric Express that will take you all over the area including Historic Main Street, the Kimball Junction area, or just about anywhere throughout the Park City area! It's the perfect vacation accommodation any time of year!

This stunning property offers three levels, 1,600 square feet, three bedrooms and three full bathrooms — all to accommodate up to eight guests.

You will enter the first level of the townhome through the garage. You'll go up a staircase and to the second/main level great room area with the living room, kitchen and dining areas.

Living Room: This room features mountain industrial furnishings, a Smart TV with Xfinity cable service, a warm gas fireplace. The windows will let you enjoy natural light and surrounding views.

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers Viking stainless steel appliances including a five-burner gas range with convection oven. There are also gorgeous stone counters and bar seating for five.

Dining Room: This dining area has a table with seating for eight diners. Take advantage of the balcony access where you'll find a BBQ and views overlooking the pool and surrounding mountains.

Master bedroom— King size bed, 50inch Smart 4K TV/ Direct TV, gas fireplace, and a private balcony. The private bathroom features separate vanities, large glass shower and heater floors.

Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed with 40 inch HD Smart TV/ Direct TV, access to the full shared bathroom featuring double sinks, and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3/ Bunk Room — Two Twin over twin bunk beds and access to a full shared bathroom.

Main level full shared bath with a tub/shower combo.

Community Amenities: Clubhouse lounge with kitchenette, year-round heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center.

We traveled with four 17-18 year old boys who stayed in the bunk bed room. It was a tight fit but it was good enough. It would have been nice for a TV in that room but the walls were full of beds. They loved the ease of the Cabriolet lift and once we figured out how to call the Canyons shuttle, it was even better. Hot tub lost heat quickly but it was quite cold, so not

Fall Break with the grandkids.

My husband and I brought four of our grandchildren and our corgi to stay. We weren’t sure if the kids would enjoy the private hot tub or the community hot tub and pool. After going to the pool, that’s where they were most of the time we didn’t end up using the private hot tub because they enjoyed being over at the pool so much. We were able to log into all of our streaming channels and watch their favorite shows. We took them bowling in Heber and hiking in Midway besides eating old town Park City. We would definitely consider staying in this unit again. It was wonderful and centrally located.

Good lication

Good location, near lift to Canyon Ski lifts. The main entrance to house was a large flight of stairs to main living space, so be prepared to hike up and down bringing in your luggage. Not easy access for elderly visitors. Pool was broken and closed. The club house was closed. The private Hot Tub was NOT private. There were maintenance workers continuously working about 15’ft from the hot tub so privacy was an issue because it is not an enclosed area. Overall the condo had a really nice Master Bedroom with private bathroom, but the 3rd spare bedroom was very small. Bunk beds in second room were good for teens.
