High standard, two covered spaces, electronic gate, Air conditioning in bedrooms, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and one with double and single bed), breakfast room, living room, dining room, balcony, heated pool , sauna, barbecue, games room, 400 m to the beach, beach service, quiet street, great location. It has no screen protection in the windows, I do not accept Pet.
