Great location with easy access to Vail Ski Resort and Beaver Creek. We loved the spacious of the house with 4 bedrooms. The adults appreciated having 2 separate living rooms so the kids could play games and be loud in the basement. We highly recommend this house.

Beautiful home that was very clean and ready for 8 guest. The bedroom to bathroom ratio was perfect, as no one had to fight for space! Instructions were laid out and very simple for us to get in and out at the end of our stay! Is within 10-15 minutes of the Vail village and plenty of shopping and food options. We highly recommend this home!

Great house, great spring break vacation

We are party of 3 families (6 adults) with 4 children and we rented the house for 9 nights. As a group, we rent vacation houses for many years. This is the cleanest house we ever stayed in! Everybody was impressed with the house. Our 4 children shared the spacious bunk room, they played a lot outside (snow covered the golf course) but also had a nice family room (which has an extra sofa bed if there are more children in the party) to watch tv. Three other bedrooms were perfect for 3 couples. They are similar, comfortable, with high-end mattresses. The bathrooms seem to be redone recently, super clean and spacious. We cooked and stayed in most of the nights .. the new Weber BBQ outside was the men’s cooking toy. Everybody enjoyed the kitchen. The living area connected with the dining and kitchen was very comfortable … we enjoyed the fire place and large TV. Jacuzzi on the 1st floor balcony helped to relax tired legs. Be sure to set it to 102+ several hours before you use it since it takes time to warm up. The Eagle Vail neighborhood is very quiet on the golf course. It’s about 3 mins to the Elk parking lot in Beaver Creek and about 10mins to Vail parking garages. We skied mostly Beaver and Vail, but went to Breck and Keystone as well. Breck/Keystone are about 45mins away. Super location who likes to sleep on lower altitude but to be close to all mountains covered by the epic pass. The owner was very friendly, provided great tips. We all hope to rent this house again!

Quiet neighborhood

Easy access. Quiet. Close to hiking trail, park. Laid back people walking dogs and jogging. Mule deer paid a visit one morning while we sat on the patio. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Wonderful time, just in time!

This house worked great for our group of 8 adults. Short drive to and from Beaver Creek with the hot tub waiting when we got back that was perfect for ending the day. Kitchen was well equipped and washer/dryer was useful. Would recommend for any group needing a comfy place to stay near mountain with a hot tub.

Family vacation in Vail!

Had a great time staying in this property. Plenty of room for 3 couples and 6 kids! Lots of activities nearby. The house had everything we needed for cooking - even enjoyed using the grill outside. We would stay again!!

A comfortable house although the living space is not in proportion to the number of beds. Not enough chairs in the dining room or sitting room. A very well equipped kitchen with lots of space. Good location if you have a car.

Having stayed at VRBO locations around the country, my wife wanted to ensure the kitchen was a seamless and comfortable transition for any family traveling from out of town. Rentals that don’t have critical kitchen amenities almost defeat the purpose of renting houses entirely. So thanks for noticing!
