About this property

This large two-bedroom, two-bath duplex located on Manasota key is waiting for you! The serenity of Englewood makes this a special place to enjoy your vacation. This unit faces the west allowing for killer sunsets for you, your family and friends to take in.

The second level open floor plan faces west allowing for bright days and beautiful nights, with new granite counters and appliances in the kitchen. Plantation shutters encase the partial gulf view from the front deck off this level,

The 3rd level is where the master bedroom is located, complete with a master bath with a walk in shower and a private, screened balcony to catch the sunset from.

The ground floor has an enclosed backyard and is steps from the beach with a private entrance to the beach! And all the beach toys youll need are located in the garage.

Lastly, if youre looking for a larger space the unit next door is also available to rent and the two units can be combined using an interior door that connects the two units, great for family gatherings on the beach.

* PLEASE NOTE: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay.

Beautiful Beach House

We had a 4 night last minute stay that was really just perfect. Beach access was just a quick walk. The area was quiet and a nice walking community. Walking distance to the state park which is $3 flat rate. Surf fishing was very nice, Pompano fish and Whiting during this season. The unit was clean and well decorated. Drip coffeemaker, washer, dryer, iron, hairdryer, central AC/heat, dish washer, stair walk up only, and plenty of storage space for your outdoor activities. We would definitely book this again. As far as booking goes no issues but worried about too many different company names involved, booked with VRBO but later saw Redawning and Homeaway as parties to the transaction, some how this should be clearer.

RedAwning, Sunset Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The access to the beach is a quick, easy walk across the street and over a couple houses. The house is what is pictured:) There are the basics in the kitchen and baths, beach towels; bikes in the garage, etc. We love Manasota Key! We would definitely return to this rental!
