About this property

This large two-bedroom, two-bath duplex located on Manasota key is waiting for you! The serenity of Englewood makes this a special place to enjoy your vacation. This unit faces the west allowing for killer sunsets for you, your family and friends to take in.

The second level open floor plan faces west allowing for bright days and beautiful nights, with new granite counters and appliances in the kitchen. Plantation shutters encase the partial gulf view from the front deck off this level,

The 3rd level is where the master bedroom is located, complete with a master bath with a walk in shower and a private, screened balcony to catch the sunset from.

The ground floor has an enclosed backyard and is steps from the beach with a private entrance to the beach! And all the beach toys you’ll need are located in the garage.

Lastly, if you’re looking for a larger space the unit next door is also available to rent and the two units can be combined using an interior door that connects the two units, great for family gatherings on the beach.

* PLEASE NOTE: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay.

Wonderful Condo! We were there for the Englewood Waterfest work

There are quite a few stairs to the property, that were not a problem for us, but would be for elderly or those who have trouble climbing! Kitchen was well stocked. Walk to restaurants was approximately a mile, but the weather was beautiful, so we enjoyed tremendously. There were some ants in the master bedroom that were coming in from the patio door, we got some home defense spray and that cleared them right up! Washer and dryer were fantastic and a much liked amenity in the condo so we didn't have to come home with dirty clothes. It was just the two of us, so very quiet, the unit on the other side was rented as well and we could not hear any noise. Water pressure in the master bath was hit or miss, but the water pressure in the main floor bathroom was fantastic. Overall it was a great stay and gave us much needed privacy after long days surrounded by people. By far, our favorite thing was the view from the master bedroom balcony! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Sunsets

We stayed at 1255 Shore View Drive in Manasota Key for 7 days. The duplex house had been updated and was in the perfect location. We could see the beautiful gulf and sunsets from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. The house was comfortable and clean. Beach access was across the street and there were so many shells it was unbelievable. Many restaurants and bars were within walking distance so we rarely used our car. We would definitely return here!
