Marna Retreat is a 4 bedroom, 3-bathroom home with open plan kitchen and living area that is modern and ultra comfortable for 8 people. Open the stacking doors to the outdoor entertainment area and enjoy a BBQ or sunbake in your private courtyard. All the amenities you could wish for a relaxing weekend or mid-week getaway.

Note: To ensure the property is protected it is fitted with both external security cameras and also an audible back to base alarm system. Both security systems are remotely deactivated at time of your check-in and reactivated on your departure. Rest assured your privacy during your stay is protected.

Beautiful property

We just loved our stay here. The attention to detail and the modern open plan was perfect for a large family. Everything from the moment you entered was beautifully decorated clean and comfortable. Location is perfect just a short walk to the beach and cafes. We will be sure to return.

Family wedding weekend!

We had a wonderful weekend away for a family wedding. The house was perfect for all of us, very clean and was very well presented. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and extended family.

Very warm

House is lovely & very large we had 6 staying for 5 nights for a wedding plus my son & four groomsmen on wedding day. Unfortunately it was a very hot few days & the air conditioning was not working (fans in bedrooms only) I understand that things break down however when we phoned owner they were aware of the issue so told us to go & buy fans & someone came to try to fix it twice which was inconvenient- we were all sweating trying to get ready for the wedding, I had to get the grooomsman to take jackets off & stand outside which was cooler. There were also not enough towels and no dryer. Few other issues as well so

Arlene, thanks for the review but I must correct you that the AC not working is factually incorrect. However as soon as you alerted us we did go to extraordinary lengths to have a technician attend late on a Friday afternoon, and yes unfortunately they were unable to rectify the issue due to requiring a part. Correct, yes we did offer for you to buy fans which we would reimburse you for (which we did). Again we apologise for the inconvenience however it was totally out of our control and not a known issue, we take pride in our property and the experiences of our guests. In relation to the towels we provide amenities commensurate to the number of guests linked to the booking or extended stays and not for additional visitors to the property,

Two-Night Stay

Spacious and comfortable property (much bigger than the online pictures show). Quiet location, with a short walk to the beach and main street. Property was clean and well appointed. Communication was a little slow from the host. Check-in requires you to contact host via phone for key lock-box code. Would recommend this property to others.

The perfect home to unwind!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Thanks to Vince & Ange for opening up your home. Beautiful presentation, very comfy beds, amazing ensuites, everything you need in the kitchen, cosy place to watch tv and an amazing location. Close to the beach and many funky cafes and restuarants. Everything you need practically at your doorstep!! We really enjoyed our stay. Look forward to returning here.

Great vacation stay in Dromana

Beautiful house - great beach house decor. Functional layout from open plan kitchen through to a huge dining area and al frecso patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and was so clean and beautifully presented. The thread count on the bedding was high quality, Sheraton towels and Australian botanical soaps and a brilliant cleanliness made the bathrooms sparkle. The owners were super responsive - highly recommend!!!
