The holiday home Casuzza a mare is in Casuzze, a seaside resort situated between Marina di Ragusa and Punta Secca.

The house is in a strategic location, in fact you can find the basic amenities such as mini-market, bakery, tobacconist.. nearby and most important it is less than 100 meters from the sea and the sandy beach.

The house is located on the first floor, it is spacious and it is over two floors. It is equipped with all the amenities to spend your holiday in total serenity.

On the first floor there is a comfortable living room with sofas and TV and a balcony, a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a windowed bathroom with shower and bidet.

Through an internal staircase you go on the second floor that is an attic and it is equipped with air conditioning, here there is a dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances: oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine; on this floor there is also a double room and a windowed bathroom with shower and bidet.

You can relax on the outdoor terrace, that is also suitable for outdoor dining. You can use the bbq for free.

The area is safe and quiet. A few km away, you can reach Punta Secca, the "Vigata" of Montalbano, the most lively Marina di Ragusa, the Castle of Donnafugata, and various baroque cities.
