Kenneys Glen is located at River Chase in Sapphire Valley, a short drive to Fairfield Lake where you may enjoy a hike or fishing. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. The master bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a smart TV as well. The kitchen features exposed beams and stainless steel appliances. A bar, that sits 3, separates the kitchen and dining area. Beautiful leather seating in the living room with a fireplace and a smart TV make for a cozy evening in. This is a pet friendly home - allowing up to 2 dogs under 35 pounds. Sapphire Valley amenities are available, please see below for details.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.

Centralized Mountain Location

Perfect centralized location for hiking and viewing numerous waterfalls. Golf and restaurants nearby. Great neighborhood.

Delightful vacation.

My family so enjoyed our stay in Sapphire! We also loved our accommodations. The condo we stayed in was very modern and beautifully decorated, however it also had a feeling of being in a cabin surrounded by a wooded area right outside. We would definitely stay here again! The location was excellent for visiting many beautiful trails and waterfalls.

Beautifully decorated for the mountain vacation setting. We had a great time in the sapphire area and adjoining Cashiers & Highlands.We had a tough time with the sleeping arangements with a 11yr.old and 9yr.old sleeping in the same bed. Double beds in the second bedroom would have been Idea or a couch in the family room.

Well appointed property

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. It was nicely stocked and very pretty. Just be aware that there are stairs that have to be navigated, both inside and outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for your vacation. We would definitely stay there again.

This property was very nice. Anyone looking for a place to enjoy the outdoors in the Sapphire area would enjoy this place. It is very convenient for that. The furnishings were nice, and we really appreciated the king-sized bed in the master.

Wonderful property with lots of amenities

The property had a great layout with the master assuming the full bottom level. The property was associated with the Sapphire resort so all of the amenities were a great addition and we had the whole pool to ourself due to covid limitations. Check in could have been more convenient at the property, but instead had to be picked up at the rental office about 5 miles away. The ski facility was about a mile away but was very small and old school so you had to plan around lines. Overall, the property was great (especially the master bathroom) and I would recommend.

Felt like we were a million miles away

When you are in the house you feel like you are deep in the woods in a luxury cabin yet you are so close to Cashiers for groceries and restaurants. Nearby hike to amazing waterfalls. We didn’t even take advantage of the resort amenities. So clean and perfectly updated!

Quaint mountain condo

This property is superbly furnished and right in the heart of the Cashiers/Highlands area. Plenty to see and do all around. A quick car ride takes you to multiple trails, parks, golf courses, or skiing. The condo is very comfortable 2 bed room with a great open concept kitchen and living room that connects to the porch. We will likely stay there again.
