A wall of floor to ceiling windows looks out over the valley and to Chimneytop, Bald Rock, Sheepcliff, Whiteside Mountain and more. Facing the southwest, the 180 degree view offers the most amazing of sunsets. The main level features large open spaces, tall ceilings, rich woods and a stacked stone gas fireplace. The great room is open to the kitchen and formal dining room and there are splendid views from every room. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and an island with 6 chairs. The main level also houses a half bath, laundry room with updated appliances and access to the 2 car garage, as well as a home office with TV. Access the large open deck from the great room or from the main level primary suite. Set separately from the rest of the home, the primary suite is adorned with a wood lined tray ceiling and a luxurious primary bath complete with dual sinks and a large tile shower. Walking up the stairs to the second level, you are greeted with a small loft area that looks straight out to the mountains beyond and down over the great room below. To the right of the stairs is queen guest bedroom. To the left of the stairs is another guest suite with a queen bed and long range views. Both guest bedrooms have their own private bath. From the main level, go down the open stair concept to the family room. A great place for your guests to escape and relax, the lower level features a large kitchenette with full sink, microwave, built-in wine rack and plenty of counter space to spread out. The sitting area is centered by a second stacked stone gas fireplace with flat screen TV above. On this level, you'll find a lovely queen guest suite with access to the covered deck and the same stunning mountain views as the open deck above. There's also a bunk room on this level, and both bedrooms feature their own private bathrooms.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
