Beautiful Loft in the best condominium of Guaramiranga. Monteflor. Richly decorated. Very elegant and cozy. Composed of three floors. On the ground floor is the dining room, living room with Sky TV, kitchen, toilet, laundry area and balcony. On the second floor we have 2 suites and upper balcony. On the third floor, attic, is the third suite. Private garden with wooden staircase by rail which gives access to a beautiful lawn. Wooden arbor in L gives a sophisticated touch to the environment.
